Mr. Pollak is a senior partner in the firm. His clients include leading commercial
enterprises, banks, insurance companies, local authorities, educational institutions
and other public organizations in Israel, as well as foreign companies and enterprises
with business interests in Israel.
Mr. Pollak heads APM & Co.'s Litigation Department. A highly experienced trial
lawyer, he appears routinely before a wide range of courts and tribunals, including
Israel's Supreme Court. Mr. Pollak advises clients on a broad range of civil
and commercial affairs, including matters relating to intellectual property and
tangible assets. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and
finalizing complex commercial transactions for foreign and domestic clients.
He is an authority on all legal aspects pertaining to public administration,
civil law and administrative law and often represents educational institutions,
both domestic and foreign.
