Amichay Finkelstein, Counsel to the firm, has extensive experience in advising public and private companies and institutional entities on all aspects of Corporate Law, Securities law and regulation of Capital Markets, including public offerings on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and private investments. Mr. Finkelstein also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions, and provides counsel in respect of corporate re-organizations, shareholders disputes, employee stock option plans, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Finkelstein is a frequent guest lecturer at the IMC - The Israel Management Center and The Magid Institute of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
