Advocate Fish represents clients in criminal cases and before administrative tribunals in environmental matters. In addition, Advocate fish represents clients in administrative proceedings before governmental authorities (mainly the Ministry of the Environment). Mr. Fish specializes in designing and carrying out internal environmental compliance programs for industrial, infrastructure and energy firms. He also routinely provides legal advice on environmental law and Regulation.
Attorney Fish clerked in the Ministry of Environmental Protection and served as legal counsel of the Tenders Committees and Financial Support Committee.
In 2008 Attorney Fish joined the law firm Neiger - Levitsky, which specialized in environmental law.
