Ms. Torem, Counsel to the firm, advises clients on the cycle of emerging growth companies (from formation, through accessing capital, IPO’s and M&As), private equity funds, corporate transactional work (including complex licensing agreements, turn-key, distribution & sale) and antitrust.
During the years 2005-2009 Ms. Torem resided in Silicon Valley where she headed the Business Development at the “California-Israel Chamber of Commerce”, a private organization focused on connecting entrepreneurs, capital players (venture capital firms, private equity funds, investment banks etc) and key technology companies.
In her previous role (1997-2005) Ms. Torem served as Deputy General Counsel at Tnuva where she worked closely with the executive management, conducted complex negotiations, multifaceted transactions and management of claims. She led international activity and gained expertise in antitrust practice.
Prior to that Ms. Torem worked at private law firms where she also took part in several IPOs in TASE.
