Ayelet Torem, a partner at APM & Co. is instrumental in the formation and fundraising strategy of private equity and venture funds (local and international), represents funds and private investors in their investments and advises startup companies throughout the emerging growth cycle.
Formerly, Ms. Torem resided in Silicon Valley where she served as Head of Business Development at the “California-Israel Chamber of Commerce” (private, non-governmental), focusing on connecting entrepreneurs, venture capital firms and key technology companies from California and Israel through cross-border programs and investments.
From 1997-2005 Ms. Torem served as Deputy General Counsel at Tnuva, one of Israel's largest corporations and a declared Monopoly. Ms. Torem worked closely with the executive management and led local and international mergers and acquisitions, complex negotiations, international transactions and management of claims. Ms. Torem gained a special expertise in antitrust.
Prior to that Ms. Torem worked at several private law firms.
