Daniel Marcus, a partner at APM & Co., has wide experience in mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets, venture capital fund formation and investments, international transactions, licensing contracts, joint ventures and employment affairs. He represents hi-tech companies through the various stages of their development, as well as in their M&A transactions. He also represents numerous venture capital funds and routinely advises Israeli companies with respect to their day-to-day corporate affairs and procedures, as well as their contractual engagements. He often counsels international companies on their Israeli matters and transactions.
