Adv. Haimi is an associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets department of the firm. Adv. Haimi represents public and private companies as well as institutional entities on all aspects of Corporate Law, Securities law and regulation of Capital Markets, including public offerings on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and private investments. Adv. Haimi also represents clients with mergers and acquisitions, and provides counsel in respect of corporate re-organization and general corporate matters.
