Eldad Koresh is a managing partner at APM & Co. and heads the firm's Commercial Department, which provides comprehensive advice on a full range of commercial matters, with clients including the association of oil and gas exploration industries, financial institutions, manufacturers and a wide range of leading enterprises.
Mr. Koresh is an expert in the area of restricted trade (antitrust) practices, and has been involved in proposing and promoting legislation in this area. He routinely appears before the Restrictive Trade Authorities.
In addition, Mr. Koresh advises clients on complex and large-scale financings. He represents investors and entrepreneurs, both Israeli and foreign, in matters related to planning, financing and implementing construction and infrastructure projects, including BOT and PFI projects.
