Erez Haver, a partner at APM & Co. heads the firm’s corporate reorganization and insolvency practice. Mr.. Haver specializes in corporate reorganizations, bankruptcy, insolvency, receiverships and corporate rehabilitation and has gained substantial experience is complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Haver provides advice on the full range of restructuring issues and insolvency proceedings, credit renegotiations and depressed asset sales and acquisitions. He has vast experience in the representation of both creditors (including financial institutions and banks) and debtors in work-outs, reorganizations and intricate, domestic and cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.
Mr. Haver acts as a receiver, liquidator and trustee for numerous companies and is also frequently appointed by the courts to administer insolvency proceedings, and by the Israel Bar Association as an arbitrator. His clients include local and international companies, institutions and buy-out funds. Prior to joining APM & Co., Mr. Haver was a partner at the law firm of Eitan S. Erez & Co.
