Adv. Yuval joined the firm in 2010 as an intern and became an associate in the firm’s Hi-Tech Department in 2011. Adv. Yuval acts as legal counsel to private equity, venture capital, hedge, mezzanine and cleantech funds from their earliest steps of formation and through their various stages of development as well as in their day-to-day business activities.
In addition, Adv. Yuval also counsels various types of investors (institutional, family offices, private investors etc.) with their investments and negotiations in such funds.
