Ian Rostowsky, a partner in APM & Co., has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate law and corporate transactional work, including public offerings on NASDAQ and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, private financings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, R&D and licensing and international joint ventures . He also represents technology companies in all stages of development and in all technology fields, has experience in investment fund formation and advises foreign corporations regarding establishment of operations in Israel and other Israeli-related issues.
