Ms. Blasberg, Counsel to the firm, has wide experience with investments, international transactions, mergers, acquisitions, licenses, commercial agreements and medical and bio-tech development transactions, working with clients ranging from start ups to Israeli and US multinational public companies and venture capital funds. Ms. Blasberg also regularly counsels private and publicly traded companies on corporate and commercial affairs. Previously, Ms. Blasberg served as General Counsel to a large public company involved in the manufacture and sale of satellite communication equipment and later as General Counsel to a private international company involved in the development of implantable medical devices.
