Mr. Hellerstein, Counsel to the firm, advises clients ranging from Israeli and US public and private companies to private equity and hedge funds in a wide variety of transactions, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, investments, commercial agreements as well as general corporate counseling. Mr. Hellerstein also advises on international litigation matters. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Hellerstein practiced corporate and commercial litigation at Davis Weber & Edwards PC (now Hogan & Hartson). In 1999, Mr. Hellerstein joined the corporate transactions department at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. In 2001, Mr. Hellerstein moved to Israel joining the international transactions department at Yigal Arnon & Co. until moving to APM & Co. in 2006.
