Mr. Bar-Lev worked at the Ministry of Environmental Protection from 2001 – 2006. Mr. He interned at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and served as legal counsel to the Department of Dangerous Substances and the Department for Public Petitions. From 2003 Mr. Bar-Lev served as a senior advisor to the CEO of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Dr. Miriam Haran, and engaged in formulating the Ministry's Policy and promoting its goals in the fields of environmental enforcement and legislation.
In 2006 Mr. Bar-Lev joined as associate to the Law firm of Neiger - Levitsky, which specialized in environmental Law. Mr. Bar-Lev joined APM Law firm in 2011.
Mr. Bar-Lev provides legal advice on environmental Law and Regulations and has extensive experience in handling criminal and administrative proceedings and petitions to the Supreme Court.
Mr. Bar-Lev specializes is in the fields of handling hazardous materials, air pollution and noise nuisances, sewage treatment, business licensing and rehabilitation of contaminated soil. He advises companies and corporations in various environmental fields and represents the firm's clients during legislation procedures.
Mr. Bar-Lev is a member of the Israel Bar Association committee on Environmental Law.
