Adv. Osovsky is an associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets department of the firm. Adv. Osovsky represents public and private companies and institutional entities on all aspects of Corporate Law, Securities law and regulation of Capital Markets, including public offerings on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and private investments. Adv. Osovsky also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions, and provides counsel in respect of corporate re-organizations, shareholders disputes and general corporate matters.
