Moshe Matalon heads the International Real Estate Department of APM & Co., with clients including local and international real estate developers and foreign and local investors. Mr. Matalon specializes in the representation of corporations and conglomerates in major international transactions, involving complex infrastructure projects and financings. He handles all aspects of the transactions, from the initial entrepreneurship stage, through the business negotiations and the closing and execution of the project.
Mr. Matalon also advises clients on the structuring of their transactions, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and on regulatory matters.
Mr. Matalon specializes in the areas of land administration, planning and construction, and secured tenancy laws, as well as in matters of public administration and tenders. In addition, he is an astute courtroom attorney and often serves as an arbitrator.
Mr. Matalon holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He holds the rank of Colonel in the Israeli army reserves and serves as a judge in Israel's military courts.
