Mr. Bader is a partner at the firm. Mr. Bader has over thirty five years of experience in providing legal advice to large commercial companies, construction companies and cooperative societies.
Mr. Bader holds a widespread practice in legal advising to cooperative societies (e.g. Moshavim and Kibutzim), handling various legal aspects including ongoing commercial activities, and transactions such as complex land developments and establishments of commercial ventures on the cooperatives' land. In addition, Mr. Bader has special expertise in the winding up of cooperative societies, drafting debt settlements in the agricultural sector and representing large creditors such as banks. Mr. Bader served as liquidator for many cooperative societies.
Mr. Bader represents his clients, cooperative societies and others, in front of the Israeli Land Administration, tax authorities, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Knesset committees, the state Comptroller, regional councils, planning committees, and court in proceedings including the Supreme Court and other tribunals.
