Adv. Gil is an associate in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm. Adv. Gil acts as legal counsel of companies (including technological incubators) in a variety of commercial affairs and transactions, as well as day-to-day legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and international joint ventures. Prior to joining APM& Co, Adv. Gil worked in the Corporate and Securities department of Goldfarb, Levi, Eran, Meiri and Co. Law-Offices.
