Mr. Griffel joined the firm in 2007 as an intern and became an associate in 2008 in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm. Mr. Griffel acts as legal counsel to public and private companies, among them software, communication-technology and bio-tech companies, as well as technological incubators. He is also engaged with venture capital funds and other investment and financing entities in completing various investment transactions in Israeli and foreign corporations, as well as handling the day-to-day legal matters of such venture capital funds.
