Mr. Uni is an associate of the Corporate / High-Tech department. Mr. Uni acts as legal counsel to public and private companies, among them software, communication-technology and bio-tech companies as well as technological incubators. He is also engaged with venture capital funds and other investment and financing entities in completing various investment transactions in Israeli and foreign corporations.
