Adv. Bekerman is an associate in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm.
Adv. Bekerman represents companies in the high-tech field, technological incubators and private equity and venture capital in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and employment agreement and general corporate matters. Adv. Bekerman advises private and public companies in a wide variety of transactions in Israel and abroad.
Adv. Bekerman is experienced in complex structured finance transactions, and in capital markets transactions for high-tech and real estate companies. From 2005 to 2008 Adv. Bekerman worked at Sidley Austin LLP as a member of the New York structured finance practice group, and at the Hong Kong capital markets department of the firm.
