Rachel Harari-Lifshits, Counsel to the firm, has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of labor and employment matters, including personal employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, employee benefits (equity based and others) and day-to-day human resources issues. Ms. Harari Lifshits also has experience representing employers in cases alleging discrimination, harassment and breach of fiduciary duty.
Ms. Harari-Lifshits represents clients including public, governmental and private employers in the industrial, commercial, services and technology sectors. She is also an experienced litigator and mediator, and frequently appears before labor courts, arbitration panels and a variety of tribunals.
