Adv. Vilenski joined the firm in 2007 as an intern and became an associate in 2008 in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm. Adv. Vilenski gives legal counsel to public and private companies, among them software, communication-technology and bio-tech companies, as well as technological incubators companies in variety of venture capital and international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial affairs and transactions, as well as employment legal matters. Prior to joining APM& Co, Adv. Vilenski managed her own business, and has acquired vast business and marketing experience.
