Mr. Gross is an associate in the firm's Commercial Department. Mr. Gross acts as legal counsel to various corporations, including construction companies, security industries, investment companies and industrial enterprises, in a wide variety of fields. Mr. Gross advises the firm's clients in their day-to-day business activities as well as with respect to investment and commercial transactions.
