Mr. Simon is a senior associate in the firm's Real Estate Department.
Mr. Simon’s main field of practice is Real Estate including Construction Projects, Property Development, Yielding Properties, Infrastructures and Traditional Industry, providing comprehensive legal counsel in all related aspects thereof, including finance related matters, planning and zoning and taxation as well as providing counsel regarding commercial matters in general.
Mr. Simon provides legal services to some of Israel’s largest real estate and construction companies and specializes in complex, large-scale real estate transactions and projects, including residential, commercial and industrial projects, while providing comprehensive legal counsel in respect thereof.
