Adv. Shir Kodner is an associate in the High-Tech department of the APM. She represents mainly technology companies in all stages of development (including technological incubators) as well as venture capital funds, in a wide range of commercial affairs and IT oriented transactions, VC investments and commercial agreements. Ms. Kodner also advises companies on Intellectual Property matters such as IP licensing including software licensing, copyrights, trademarks, domain names registration and open source licenses.
Prior to joining APM, Ms. Kodner worked as an associate at the Israeli law firm Herzog, Fox & Neeman, in the IP and Telecommunications departments, and at a Silicon Valley based high-tech company, in Palo-Alto. Ms. Kodner has published legal articles in several European law journals on different issues regarding intellectual property and technology regulation, and was a member of the editing team of Stanford Technology Law Review. She currently serves as a member of the High-Tech and Science & Technology committees of the Israeli Bar Association
