Shlomo Landress a partner at APM & Co, counsels clients ranging from Israeli and US public and private companies to venture capital funds and start-ups, in a wide variety of transactions, including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, commercial agreements as well as general corporate counseling. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Landress was part of the corporate, securities and high-tech practice group at the New York office of the international law firm Arnold & Porter. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Landress served as the Legal Advisor to the Government of Israel Economic Mission to North America.
