Mr. Rozen is an associate in the Corporate/Hi-Tech department of the firm. Mr. Rozen represents private equity and venture capital funds, technological incubators and other investment and financing groups in private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as hi-tech and bio-tech companies in connection with equity investments, both in Israel and abroad. Mr. Rozen is experienced in international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, licensing contracts, employment affairs and the formation of private equity and venture capital funds. In addition to handling specific transactions, Mr. Rozen routinely advises companies, both public and private, and private equity and venture capital funds, with respect to their day-to-day corporate affairs and procedures, their contractual obligations and a wide variety of other fields.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Rozen formulated and drafted the military’s position on proposed legislation being considered in the Knesset and by the government. Mr. Rozen is a Major in the reserves.
