Ms. Gelman-Kellner is an associate in the firm’s Corporate/High-Tech department. Ms. Gelman-Kellner provides ongoing legal counsel to public and private companies in a wide variety of fields. During 2000 to 2006, Ms. Gelman-Kellner was an associate at Borochov, Korakh, Eliezri & Co., in Tel-Aviv. In addition, between 2002 and 2006, she was a Teaching Assistant in the course “Legal Aspects of Hi-Tech Management” in the MBA Program of the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology; and between 2000 and 2003, she was a Teaching Assistant in the courses of “Jurisprudence” and “Introduction to the English Legal System” in the Law School of the Israeli Center for Academic Studies ("ICAS") in Kiryat-Ono.
