Adv. Etzyon is an associate in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm. Adv. Etzyon represents private and public companies, traded in Israel and abroad, in a wide variety of transactions, including equity and debt offerings in Israel and the U.S., mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, commercial agreements as well as general corporate counseling. Adv. Etzyon has experience in complex finance transactions, including securitization and credit derivatives. Before joining the firm Adv. Etzyon worked in New York as an associate in the capital market department of the international law firm Sidley Austin.
