Adv. Fessler is an associate in the Corporate/High-Tech department of the firm. Adv. Fessler represents corporations in a wide variety of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisition, venture capital investments, public and private debt and equity financings, international joint ventures, strategic collaborations, international trade, technology licensing and distribution agreements. Adv. Fessler also provides both public and privately held companies with ongoing legal advice regarding corporate and commercial issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Fessler worked as an attorney in the International Corporate & High-Tech department at M. Firon & Co, Advocates and Notaries, and represented domestic and international corporations in a broad range of cross border transaction and ongoing commercial operations.
Adv. Fessler interned at Aaronson, Sher, Abulafia, Amoday & Co., under Adv. Gilead Sher- former Chief of Staff and Policy Coordinator of Israel's Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Ehud Barak, and chief negotiator at the Camp David summit and the Taba talks.
