  • Luxury hotel in the marina of Herzliya- first of its kind in Israel and built on the roof of a shopping center. The project is managed by the Ritz Carlton chain of hotels and includes 190 luxury suites.
  • Hashachar Tower- a purchasing group, building residential and commercial towers on a 54,000 sqm lot, on the outskirts of Tel Aviv. 
  • The Green Neighborhood, Yavne’- a green residential complex including 1000 residential units and 40,000 sqm of park land. 
  • Cotroceni- shopping center in Bucharest, Romania on 100,000 sqm of buildable area.
  • Airport City, Belgrad- an office complex on 120,000 sqm of buildable area.
