- Representation of Traffix Communication Systems Ltd. from its inception through to its acquisition by US software developer F5 Networks.
Transaction value: US$135 million.
- Establishment of Vintage Investment Fund, Genesis Partners Funds, Fortissimo Capital Fund and various other funds, as well as representing the funds in their various investments.
