Na’ama Babish has extensive experience in litigation before the labor courts, in the field of collective and individual labor law, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Na’ama represents major entities in complex collective disputes and provides clients with comprehensive legal services, from the early stage of preparation, through crisis and the possibility of sanctions or strikes, as well as through crisis management and resolution.
Na’ama’s professional experience helps her to furnish her clients with legal advice on other key issues in the field of labor relations, including personal employment agreements, including senior executive agreements, retirement agreements, complex issues of sexual harassment and complex layoffs, representation in disciplinary proceedings and disciplinary tribunals, advice to senior employees regarding a period of cooling off from public service, and more.
Na’ama provided legal advice to the Authority, for about a year and a half until September 2016, regarding labor-intensive tenders, mainly in the areas of sanitation and security guards.
