Efraim Levy is a partner at the firm's Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department.
Adv. Levy specializes in Real-Estate Law (including real estate taxation) and planning and construction laws.
Adv. Levy is involved in real-estate transactions of all fields, including residential, office and commercial projects, acquisition groups, tenders (including occupant price auctions), rights transfer transactions, profitable assets and so forth.
Adv. Levy has extensive experience in accompanying various complex projects - from the stage of purchasing the land, through licensing and banking accompaniment, to the stage of registering the project as a joint residential building.
As part of his service, Adv. Levy also specializes in accompanying various proceedings with local authorities, as well as financing and cooperation agreements.
In addition, Adv. Levy represents both private clients as well as the most leading banks in Israel regarding financing real estate transactions.
Among leading cases handled by Adv. Levy, are projects worth billions of NIS, including mega purchase groups, residential neighborhoods consisting of thousands of units, complex combination transactions, mixed-use projects including residential apartments, commercial areas, offices, hotels and buildings for preservation.
Adv. Levy provides ongoing legal counsel to all of his clients, participating in negotiations and managing transactions in a variety of other commercial areas.
In addition to his work at the firm, Adv. Levy lectures at the Lahav Management Development Program at Tel Aviv University.
